Shipping policies

GENERAL

Processing time: 1 - 4 weeks

U.S. shipping: 1 - 2 weeks

We ship with tracking on all orders with the only exception being sticker only orders, sticker only packages have more details below. Right now we do not offer international shipping on any of our products and are limited to U.S sales only. We hope to change this in the future so keep an eye out for further updates!

STICKER ORDERS

Sticker only orders will be sent out in kraft paper envelopes to keep them from getting folded and protected with a wrapping to keep the order from getting wet! The order will ship with stamped letter mail to keep low shipping costs. Tracking is not included for letter mail. We're not responsible for any lost items for untracked orders, however feel free to contact me and I'll see what I can do! If you are buying stickers with other items then it will be tracked when shipped and follow the other shipping policies we have listed. 

PRE-ORDERS

For pre-order items, your whole order will be shipped together once we have everything in stock. We will send out updates as much as possible on the items while you wait!

TRACKING

All packages will be shipped with tracking. Once the package is handed over to the post office, we no longer have any control over it. We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping. However, please don’t hesitate to reach out through email ([email protected]) within two weeks of delivery if there is a problem with your purchase!
